'THIS IS POSTPARTUM' Launches and is Helping New Parents Through Isolation.

As the world shifts its focus and we start to feel the weight of the Covid-19 pandemic lift a little, we've been busy working with Tilda Timmers to help new parents around the globe navigate their journey into parenthood.

Becoming a mother can be a challenging time for many, but now with the current global pandemic — where medical and hospital services are stretched, people are isolated from loved ones, and communities are preoccupied with fighting Covid-19 — maternal mental health issues are on the rise.

Tilda's new book, This is Postpartum, launched on June 16 and it is this book that has inspired us to help new mothers as much as we can during this time.

Tilda is a therapist and life coach who suffered from postnatal depression after the birth of her first child. She now helps mothers find relief from the same. You can join us at online launch parties, events, and talks over the coming weeks. A global conversation is needed, and although we're absolutely thrilled to celebrate Tilda and the launch of This is Postpartum, there's a much bigger picture we're trying to get everyone to look at during this time. New parents are isolated more than ever before. We want to make sure they know that they're not alone.

If you know a new mother or a soon-to-be mother, please make sure she knows she’s not alone. Keep an eye out for Tilda’s work and ways for new mothers to connect and support each other. You can now buy the book at all major online retailers, select stores, and at the link here.

Join us is spreading this message far and wide and inviting more people to join the conversation. It's time to free ourselves from the perfect mother conspiracy and come together in honest reflection and heartfelt acceptance for the challenges that we face.
